(QRS), your need to maintain substantial inventory to support field replacement
and defective parts is eliminated or greatly reduced. With this service,
replacement parts are express shipped to your location before
you return the defective parts to us. |

How
it works
- When a covered component of your hardware fails, you
call Reboot-IT toll-free at 1-866-601-2030 and tell us which part(s)
need to be replaced.
- We then take the part(s) from our extensive inventory
of replacements, and send you the part(s) to arrive within the time
limits specified by your contract.
- You then install the replacement part(s) yourself.
Don’t worry; our technical support staff is available to walk you
through the process step-by-step if necessary.
You are now back up and running!
- Once your hardware is working again, only then do you
return the malfunctioning part(s) to us.
